When will I actually get my cashback?

Cashback should track to your Earnings page within 7 days of your purchase, but it usually isn't ready to spend straight away. We need to wait until the retailer's returns period is over before they confirm your cash back, and then once the retailer has paid us the commission for your purchase, we'll make your cashback 'payable' and ready to withdraw and spend.

100% cashback at Superdrug means that TopCashback will refund 100% of the total order value up to £10 cashback on purchases at Superdrug.

E.g. Spend £10.00 on the ‘e.l.f power grip primer’+ £3 for delivery at Superdrug and TopCashback will credit your TopCashback account with £10.00 cashback.

E.g.Spend £5.29 on ‘Simple 10% Vitamin C+E+F Serum 30ml’ + £3 for delivery at Superdrug and TopCashback will credit your TopCashback account with £8.29 cashback

The 100% cashback at Superdrug start date is the 01/01/2024 10:00 and the offer end date is 30/06/2024 23:59.

Purchases over £10 (including delivery) will receive a maximum of £10 cashback.

What will stop me getting cashback?

If you use Health & Beauty card points to pay for your purchase.

100% cashback at Superdrug deal is only available for new members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.

This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined.

If you buy infant baby milk formulas of any kind. Please be aware that cashback will not be paid out to customers who have included any infant milk items within their shopping basket.

If a bulk purchase is made (bulk purchase = a large quantity of the same item/s that are likely not intended for personal use but for re sale).

If the individual making the transaction is a new member, the individual must first register as a member of TopCashback prior to making their purchase to redeem the 100% cashback at Superdrug.

What else is essential?

TopCashback reserves the right to end the 100% cashback at Superdrug deal at any time without notice. Purchases made after this time will not receive the cashback offer. This offer is limited to 5,000 redemptions on a first come first serve basis.

Cashback earned in the 100% cashback at Superdrug will not progress to payable status until approximately 14 working days after the promotion end date subject to a successfully tracked purchase.

Transactions may be made through desktops, tablets and mobile browsers.

Good to know

Cashback earned in the 100% cashback at Superdrug will only be available for pay-out via BACS payment i.e. paid directly into the member’s bank account.
