"While working in his salon, Tan-Luxe founder Marc Elrick noticed that among his clients many had great hair, flawless makeup, and perfect nails, but they also had a tan that wasn’t particularly flattering. He was left asking himself, why do you spend all that money and time investing in yourself just to use an inferior tanning product? He took a closer look at the beauty market and found a gap in the market, which he filled with Tan-Luxe.

Tan-Luxe puts you in control of your tan. Fake tan should not be a one-shade-fits-all product, it should suit you specifically, so a fake tan brand should give you the ability to find and build your perfect shade. Just as makeup can be customisable, Tan-Luxe products can be too. Rather than simply Light, Medium, or Dark shades, you can infuse as many or as few drops as you like of the vegan Face Illuminating Self-Tan Drops into your favourite moisturiser.

The Tan-Luxe brand also understands that its formulations have to be skin-friendly. This is why products are concocted alongside soothing aloe vera to ensure a patchy tan isn't created due to dry skin.
